A Cosy Rhynd Winter Wedding

We love The Rhynd for winter weddings, well, we love it all the time tbh. It’s such an atmospheric, cosy space that just lends itself really well to crisp, wintery days. Photographer bonus points; yes it looks gorgeous, and is in the most scenic location, AND it has the most amazing food – but it is also run by some of the nicest folk in wedding land, Lisa + Ed! If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting either of them you’ll know what we’re talking about <3

We were so pleased when Jen + Jamie got in touch to ask us to photograph their Rhynd winter wedding. They are good friends with Lisa + Ed and Jamie is one half of Blown Away so we knew it was going to be a belter! Jen + Jamie met when Jen was on a hen party and they attended a Blown Away session. Jen looked unbelievable in her dress – made by her own Mum no less. They had the most perfect Rhynd winter wedding day, crisp, not too cold, beautiful light. Jen + Jamie booked us for 3 hours. We photographed the ceremony, their reception and then then we all jumped in Jamie’s Land Rover to chase the last of the light at Tentsmuir Forest & Beach. It was beautiful down there, crazy sunset in one direction, blue light in the other, we were spoilt for choice.
